> 78Flex (operated by Kinetic Blume India Private Limited, GSTIN 07AAMCK1039J1ZE) is an AI-native marketplace for flexible commercial workspace across India. Workspace is searchable anywhere in India, and every space carries a data-provenance label: **operator-confirmed** (the operator confirmed price and availability directly with 78Flex) or **unverified** (drawn from public sources and shown with an estimated price band rather than a confirmed price). 78Flex is pre-launch: today almost everything in search is unverified, and operator-confirmed inventory is being built out across 11 launch cities first — Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Kochi. We publish that plainly rather than implying a partner network we do not yet have. Surface types: hot desks, dedicated desks, serviced offices, managed offices, meeting rooms, day passes, and virtual offices with GST registration. A signed-in customer's past and upcoming reservations live at /account/bookings.
That path is deliberately NOT linked here: it is Disallowed in robots.txt and
served noindex, so a compliant crawler that followed the link would be told to
fetch a page it is not allowed to fetch, and would get a logged-out shell if it
did.

The same rule applies throughout this file. Every markdown link here resolves to a
page that is indexable and returns real content to an anonymous crawler. Interactive
and account-gated surfaces — /rama, /operator and below, /account and below, /book,
/login, /feedback — are named in prose where they are worth knowing about, and are

## Market data (original research)

78Flex computes pricing percentiles per (city x district x plan_type) from live
partner pricing. This is currently exposed through the RAMA "Analyse" tool
rather than as standalone published pricing pages. Editorial city guides
(non-pricing) are live and listed in the City guides section above.

A snapshot — median and percentile pricing for a named city or locality, with the
confidence level stated — is produced in conversation at https://www.78flex.ai/rama, which
is interactive and served noindex (see the note under Discovery). There is no static
page to fetch for it yet.

The one body of original research that IS published is the locality supply
census: on 7 August 2026 we ran a single workspace-discovery query against each
of 107 localities in eleven cities and counted distinct results. The write-up is

the Bengaluru and Gurugram posts are city cuts of the same run.

  Each count carries a read_as_dense flag marking where the 60-result ceiling
  binds, so 50-59 is read as "dense" rather than as an exact figure. These are
  counts of results from our own discovery system; no third-party listing
  content, rating, photo or price is reproduced.
