Connaught Place (CP) — The historic centre and still the most recognisable business address in Delhi. Unmatched metro connectivity from every direction, which makes it the easiest place for a distributed team to gather. Rates and parking reflect the location.
Nehru Place — Delhi’s technology and IT trading hub, with a dense supply of older commercial buildings and some of the most competitive rates in the city proper. Practical rather than polished.
Saket & Malviya Nagar — South Delhi, well served by the metro, with a mix of modern towers and smaller workspaces. Popular with agencies, consultancies and teams whose people live in the southern neighbourhoods.
Aerocity — The hospitality-led district beside the airport. Newest buildings, strong hotel and meeting infrastructure, and the obvious pick if your team or clients fly frequently.
Okhla & Jasola — South-east Delhi’s industrial-turned-commercial belt. Larger floorplates at lower rates than central Delhi, and a reasonable bridge between the city and Noida.
Netaji Subhash Place & Pitampura — North-west Delhi’s growing commercial cluster on the Red and Pink lines. Noticeably cheaper than the south and centre, and convenient if your team lives in north or west Delhi.

Delhi sits inside a much larger capital region, so the real question is often not which Delhi neighbourhood but whether Delhi, Gurugram or Noida is the right base. Each has its own character and price level, and crossing between them at peak hours is slow. If most of your team already lives on one side, that usually settles the argument.
